Terms and Conditions

You must agree to these to use our service.

1. Your IP address will be recorded with your submission.
If you are sincere and not attempting to do any malicious, then this is no concern of yours. This information is only being obtained should a client attempt to do anything illegal with the services ESS provides.

2. Payment will be made in full and timely once the service is completed.
I am very tired of getting passwords for people only to get a reply like "I can't pay you, but since you already have it, why don't you give it to me for free...this one time...please."
The answer is
NO! You are the one that made the offer and it is really unprofessional when you break your agreement with me. I am trying very hard here to be honest and help you. Don't even offer me more that you are willing to pay. Again, I get responses like "I didn't think you could really do it", or "I was just trying to get your attention, but I really can't pay that much". Do not offer more that you are willing to pay.

3. Wanna-be-hackers or Testing
If you are a wanna-be-hacker trying to learn how I do this, or even if you are "testing" this on yourself, I will know. Your IP address is recorded not only with your request, but also when I capture the password. I feel that if you are smart enough to know how to mask your IP address like I do, then you wouldn't be wasting my time with this. If I feel that you are one of these wanna-be's, then the process will be stopped immediately. If you are wanting to learn how to do this, there are many resources for doing so. Just go to Google and start searching.

4. Reason for needing this information
Once I gain access to the subjects e-mail account, I may verify your reason for needing this password. Every e-mail you send out contains your IP address. Therefore, I can see what mails you have sent the subject by using this IP address regardless of what e-mail account you sent it from. I usually end up knowing what your real relationship to this person is and what circumstances surround you wanting to see in this person's mailbox. Many times this does not match what the request form states. DON'T DO THIS. Tell me the real story. I really don't care what the reason is unless I feel you have malicious or illegal intent. If you are not being honest with me in all areas...then you will not get the password - so don't waste your time and mine too.

5. Always use the subject's e-mail address in the Subject line of your mail to us
I receive so many e-mail's every day that there is no way for me to remember who you are. This is the only way I can keep track them.
